WHICH SIZE FITS MY CEILING?
The higashi room divider is available in four standard height sizes, adapted to standard ceiling heights:

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM OUR DELIVERY?
With our Service Plus delivery, everything is taken care of for you — quickly, carefully and without hassle:
✔ Free delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
✔ Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
✔ Delivery to your home (also up to the 3rd floor)
✔ Unpacking the room divider & disposal of packaging material
📦 How does delivery work?
After your order:
You will receive an email and SMS with a track & trace link no later than the next business day. Here you can easily choose your own delivery day, up to 10 days in advance.
Time periods:
Deliveries take place on working days between 08:00 and 22:00.
You will receive an indicative time slot the day before delivery.
This time slot will be regularly refined on the day itself, so that you do not have to wait unnecessarily.
ℹ️ Additional delivery information – Service Plus
Delivery to the desired location in the home, provided it is normally accessible.
Unpack, check for damage (with photos in case of damage) and packaging material is taken away.
If there is no elevator: delivery up to the third floor.
Package dimensions: 281 x 112 x 15 cm — check beforehand whether this will fit in your elevator or stairwell.
🔁 What if I miss the first delivery?
A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
After a missed first attempt, you will receive a link to schedule a new date yourself (within 5 working days).
After 2 failed attempts the order will be cancelled and returned. Redelivery is possible, but there will be additional costs involved.

HOW DO YOU INSTALL THE ROOM DIVIDER IN YOUR SPACE?
The Higashi room divider is easy to install — without drilling or damaging your ceiling or floor.
The divider is clamped between the floor and ceiling with the supplied adjustable feet.
Optionally, you can also attach the divider to the wall .
You will receive clear instructions and our team is always available for questions or advice.
